Leonida map size estimate from matched coordinates — bigger than we thought

Cross-referencing the mapping community's landmark matches with the leaked debug coordinates, the playable landmass comes out around 1.4-1.6x GTA V's — but water/swamp area is nearly 3x. The interesting part is density: GTA VI's main Leonida metro area alone has more mapped interiors than all of Los Santos. Keys chain in the south looks fully drivable.
