Spent the weekend going through Trailer 2 at 0.25x speed. Highlights:
1. The gas station at 0:43 has a working price board — $4.89, so near-present-day setting confirmed.
2. License plates use three different Leonida designs, suggesting plate customization.
3. At 1:12 there's a mutual aid flyer referencing a hurricane — dynamic weather events?
4. The club scene crowd has WAY more unique NPC models than any GTA V scene.
